ভ্যাট আইন ২০১২ এর তফসিলসমূহ – হালনাগাদকৃত অনলাইন সংস্করণ

বাংলাদেশের ভ্যাট ব্যবস্থা মূলত মূল্য সংযোজন কর ও সম্পূরক শুল্ক আইন, ২০১২-এর অধীনে পরিচালিত হয়। মূল্য সংযোজন কর ও সম্পূরক শুল্ক আইন, ২০১২ বাংলাদেশের ভ্যাট ব্যবস্থার প্রধান আইন। এই আইনে মোট ৩টি তফসিল রয়েছে। তফসিলগুলো ভ্যাট আইনের অবিচ্ছেদ্য অংশ এবং প্রতিটি তফসিলের অধীনে বিভিন্ন অংশে ভ্যাট, সম্পূরক শুল্ক ও সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়াদি নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে। প্রতি বছর সরকার অর্থ আইন (Finance Act) এর মাধ্যমে ভ্যাট আইনসহ বিভিন্ন কর আইনে প্রয়োজনীয় সংশোধনী আনে। ২০২৬ সালে অর্থ আইন, ২০২৬-এর মাধ্যমে ভ্যাট আইনের বিভিন্ন বিধান ও তফসিলে পরিবর্তন আনা হয়েছে।

আমরা অর্থ আইন, ২০২৬ পর্যন্ত সর্বশেষ সংশোধনী বিবেচনায় নিয়ে মূল্য সংযোজন কর ও সম্পূরক শুল্ক আইন, ২০১২-এর তফসিলসমূহ সংকলন ও হালনাগাদ করেছি। আমাদের হালনাগাদকৃত সংস্করণটি এখন অনলাইনে পাওয়া যাচ্ছে। এটি ডেস্কটপ, ল্যাপটপ, ট্যাবলেট ও মোবাইল—সব ধরনের ডিভাইসে সহজেই ব্যবহার করা যাবে।

Updated VAT Schedules 2026 Bangladesh – Now Available Online

The VAT & SD Act, 2012 is the principal law governing the Value Added Tax (VAT) system in Bangladesh. The Act contains a total of three Schedules, which are considered an integral part of the Act. Each Schedule is further divided into different Parts dealing with specific VAT and supplementary duty-related matters. Normally, the Government of Bangladesh makes amendments to the VAT & SD Act, 2012 each year through the Finance Act. Through the Finance Act 2026, several changes were also made. We have compiled and updated all three Schedules of the VAT & SD Act, 2012 to incorporate the amendments introduced through these two ordinances. The updated version is now available online and can be conveniently accessed from both desktop and mobile devices.
