Section 2 Clause 85 - Commissioner of Customs or Customs Officer

1[ “Commissioner of Customs” or “Customs Officer” means any officer appointed under the Customs Act; ]
1 Clause (85) was substituted by section 53(20) of the Finance Act, 2019 (Act No. 10 of 2019) with effect from 01 July 2019.
