Section 120 - Collection of Tax on Account of Import of Goods
(as updated till Finance Act 2024)
The Commissioner of Customs or any officer empowered in this behalf shall collect tax at source at such rate, not exceeding 20% (twenty percent) on the value of imported goods, as may be prescribed.
