For wining in lotteries, jackpots, card games, online games or games of any similar nature if any amount is received, the person responsible for payment shall deduct tax at the rate of 20% (twenty percent) while making such payment.

Explanation.-For the purposes of this section, the expression “any amount” means the value of any goods or property whereby the prize is paid in cash or by assets.
