Section 113 - Deduction from Transport Charge Forward Agency Commission
Any person responsible for payment of any amount on account of Transport Charge Forward Agency Commission shall, at the time of payment or deposit to the payee, deduct tax at the rate of 15% (fifteen percent) of the total amount payable.
