The Chief Executive Officer of the Stock Exchange shall collect tax at the rate of 0.05% (point zero five percent) at the time payment of transaction value of shares, debentures, mutual funds or securities paid by the member of the Stock Exchange:

Provided that the provisions of this section shall not apply to the transfer of any listed sukuk and bond.
