Section 112 - Deductions from Export Cash Subsidy
Any person responsible for payment of any amount on account of cash export subsidy to the exporter for export enhancement shall, at the time of payment or deposit, deduct or collect advance tax at the rate of 10% (ten percent) of the total amount payable.
